Level 1: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Course Framework
- Duration: 3 Months (approx. 12 weeks).
- Schedule: Choice between Weekday Intensive (Mon-Fri) or Weekend Professional (Sat-Sun) batches.
- Certification: Yoga Alliance (USA) RYS-200 accredited.
- Class Size: Strictly capped at 10-15 students for personalized mentorship.
Core Curriculum
- Technique: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga basics.
- Alignment: Specialized Iyengar-style training using Wall Ropes, Belts, Blocks, and Chairs.
- Theory: Anatomy, Yogic Sciences (Pranayama, Meditation), and Philosophy.
- Teaching Skills: Hands-on adjustments, voice modulation, and class sequencing.
Student Kit & Access
- Materials: Comprehensive printed training manual.
- Tools: Full Shatkarma cleansing kit (Neti Pot + Catheter).
- Facilities: Full access to studio props and facilities during training hours.
Level 1 & 2: 1-Year Integrated Yoga Diploma

We don’t do magic tricks or Insta-only poses. Our Yoga Teacher Training is meant for folks who want to go deeper, not just collect a certificate. If you’re after a real transformation and ready for hard work, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- 99% of our time is spent on practical yoga teacher training. Expect to practice, not just listen.
- The 200 hour Hatha Yoga course covers:
- Asana practice with real focus on alignment
- Anatomy and physiology basics so you teach safely
- Pranayama and meditation - breath is your guru, trust me
- Yoga philosophy and ethics - no shortcuts here
- The art of teaching, including how to guide, adjust, and structure a class
- By the end, you’re able to teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, and Yin Yoga.
How We Roll
- Small group yoga classes, usually 10-15 people - I want everyone to get personal attention, not just sit in a crowd.
- Flexible batches: weekdays (2 hours) and weekends (longer sessions) - we get that life’s busy.
- All courses run at our Jayanagar, Bangalore center.
