Yoga isn't entertainment, and it's certainly not about quick fixes or Instagram poses. Our 200-hour Teacher Training in Jayanagar is a 99% practical course designed for those who want to teach safely, with proper alignment, and from a place of real understanding.

This is what our training is all about: direct, personal guidance. I am here to help you understand the mechanics of each asana, like this entry into Sirsasana (headstand), ensuring you build the pose safely and with correct alignment. It's about learning the process, not just the final posture.

We are proud of students like Kanika, who transitioned from a decade in IT to becoming a confident yoga teacher with us. Her story is a testament to how this training is not just a course, but a path to a new, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

Pallavi's journey from a student to a beloved teacher within our community is what we strive for. This is the goal of our teacher training: to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to guide others, and to see you succeed.

There are no magic tricks in real yoga. This is the work. It requires consistency, a good teacher, and the will to practice for yourself, not for Instagram. Here, we focus on safe, deep adjustments for poses like Karnapidasana to build genuine progress.

Our teacher training is 99% practical. You will be on the mat, learning, practicing, and preparing to teach from day one. We keep our batches small so that every student gets the attention they need to become a confident and capable instructor.

We guide you step by step to build the strength and balance for challenging asanas like the handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana). Prerana's progress shows that with consistent effort and the right technique, you can achieve what once seemed impossible.

"Stay focused, Stay Consistent, and trust the process." This is my mantra. Mastering an arm balance like Bakasana (Crane Pose) is not about instant success, but about the daily effort and trusting that your practice will yield results.

Our 200-hour course goes beyond physical postures. We dedicate time to learning Sanskrit and understanding the philosophical texts of yoga. This knowledge is essential for any serious teacher.

This is our Happy Yoga Community. We are a group of dedicated students and teachers, empowering each other on this journey. When you join our TTC, you become part of this supportive family.

Listening to our students is important. This student travels 9 kilometers every day to attend our classes because he found a center that teaches traditional yoga with personal care and attention. This is the environment we create.

We keep our batches small, strictly limited to 15 students, so I can personally adjust your alignment in real-time. You won't be lost in a crowd here; you'll be on your mat practicing every single day until your verbal cues become second nature and your hands-on adjustments are safe.
