Aerial yoga can seem intimidating, but with personal guidance, it is an amazing way to build strength and flexibility. I provide hands on support to ensure you feel safe and confident as you learn to use the silk hammock for poses like this supported backbend.

Our women's only gym is a space where you can feel comfortable and focused. Here, two members are performing dumbbell squats in sync, motivating each other through the set. I am always there counting reps and pushing you to finish strong.

You'll notice my training style is very hands-on. Whether we are doing aerial yoga or strength training with heavy tires, I am constantly correcting your posture and breathing. I will stop a set if your form is slipping because building muscle the right way means staying injury-free while getting stronger.
