At Play Fitness, personal training is never boring. I keep things fresh and actually fun, so you won’t dread your next session. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter routines - we build everything just for you. Chalo, let's get moving together.

My Story

For us at Play Fitness, gym time means dhol, dance, and dhamaal (fun)! We started this place in Gurgaon so workouts feel like a celebration, not punishment. Imagine Bhangra beats, Bollywood moves, and everyone cheering each other on—even pro athletes like Ranjit Singh have joined our madness. When someone smashes a transformation challenge, sabki jeet hai (everyone wins). We’re not just a gym, we’re a crazy, supportive family.
