Our group classes are full of energy and variety. Here, the ladies are working on their upper body and core strength with a set of synchronized push ups, while others are using the aerial silks in the background.

The real workout begins when you want to stop. In this group session, I am pushing the class to maintain a straight back and power through their kettlebell deadlifts. You can hear the focus and determination.

Correct form is a priority even in a group setting. Here, I am reminding everyone to keep their back straight during this kettlebell exercise, ensuring the whole class moves safely and effectively.
