Yoga & Aerial Yoga Classes in Gurugram
Whether you want to learn to fly in an aerial hammock or find deep grounding on the mat, these sessions help you build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.
Our exclusive aerial yoga classes are open for registration. We offer personal training from basic to advanced levels, helping you to fly with confidence under expert guidance.
Aerial yoga is a new trend for a reason. It allows for incredible stretches and inversions, like this headstand variation, that decompress the spine and build upper body strength.
We offer personal training for aerial yoga to give you the one on one attention needed to master challenging poses. Here, I am guiding a client through a deep inversion in the red silk hammock.
Yoga is for everyone. I provide hands on adjustments in my classes to help students find proper alignment in poses like Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and support them in challenging inversions like a wall assisted handstand.
Using a yoga chair for support can make inversions like Sirsasana (headstand) more accessible. Here, a trainer is spotting a client to ensure she can practice the pose safely.
This clip shows a client transitioning from a traditional floor based wheel pose (Chakrasana) to an aerial version using the silk hammock for support, showcasing the progression in our yoga practice.
Finding your balance is a personal journey. Every person has a unique technique for poses like a headstand, and we encourage you to embrace your own path to building strength and focus.
This collage showcases the beauty and strength of aerial yoga. From graceful stretches to powerful inversions, the silk hammock supports you in exploring new dimensions of movement.
Using wall ropes is a fantastic way to deepen stretches and build strength in ways that are not possible on the mat alone. Here, I am demonstrating a deep backbend with rope support.
About Yoga & Aerial Yoga: Find Your Balance
Aerial yoga can look intimidating, but we start with accessible floor-based warm-ups before moving to the hammock. You do not need to be flexible to join; we use props like yoga chairs and wall ropes to help you hold inversions safely while you build the strength to eventually support your own weight.
Yoga at our studio is about building a foundation you can actually trust. If you have been avoiding inversions because of wrist pain or a fear of falling, our use of wall ropes and yoga chairs changes that. These props take the weight off your joints, allowing you to focus on your alignment and form, rather than just the struggle of the pose.
Aerial yoga adds a different layer of movement. It is fantastic for spinal decompression, letting gravity do the work to stretch your back. But it is also a real workout. You will engage your core constantly to stay balanced in the silk, making it as much about conditioning as it is about relaxation.
I am hands-on with every session. If you are a beginner, we focus on safety and building confidence first. If you are an experienced practitioner, I will push you to try deeper stretches and more challenging inversions. Whether you choose our mat-based sessions or want to take your practice into the air, the goal is the same: building real strength and body awareness, not just following a trend.
