My approach is simple: koi bhi doctor aapko healthy nahi bana sakta… jab tak aap khud apni health ki zimmedaari nahi uthate (no doctor can make you healthy till you take charge yourself). Scrolling is easier, moving is better. Let's get real about your body.
How Personal Training Works With Me
I don't hand out random charts. It's a full-on partnership - one-on-one coaching where I create a personalized workout plan built for your goals, your life, your body. No copy-paste, no shortcuts. We figure out what clicks for you and build on it.
