My Story

I still have rough days, but teaching keeps me going. I pour what I have, even when my cup’s half-full. Still learning, still healing, just like you. Jisski marzi se sab kuch hota hai, wahi sambhal lega. (The one who runs it all, will take care of me too.)
My Work
Yoga classes for all stages - I teach Hatha Yoga, pre and post pregnancy yoga, both online and offline, for individuals and groups.
Yoga is for every body - Doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, flexible or stiff. Yoga heals, no matter where you start.
