Why I Do This

Motherhood is messy, magical, and sometimes scary. I’ve felt the same doubts and fears about labour and what comes after. My own journey with Garbhsanskar in Rishikesh changed everything for me. It wasn’t just about yoga poses - it was about ancient wisdom, the 16 Sanskaras, and finding my own Shakti. That’s why I teach. I want you to feel strong and ready, not just physically but deep inside.

What You’ll Get

  • Before Pregnancy:
    We work on preparing your body for conception. Think pelvic strength, better blood flow to the uterus, and natural hormone balance. It’s about feeling hopeful and supported from the start.

  • During Pregnancy:
    I guide you through safe prenatal yoga for hormone balance and comfort. We use poses like Malasana to help with childbirth prep, tackle common issues like constipation, and keep you steady as your body changes. There’s also space for emotional support and sisterhood - you’re not alone.

  • After Birth:
    Healing is slow, and that’s okay. We focus on postpartum yoga recovery routines, gentle movement, and breathwork. The goal is to help you regain strength and find calm in the chaos of new motherhood.

How We Practice

  • Online or offline sessions, whatever suits you.
  • Group classes for community, or personal training if you want more focus.

Some days are tough, and I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I show up, and I’ll help you do the same. Jo mil jaye acha hain, jo na mile woh bhi acha hain! (Whatever comes is good, whatever doesn’t is also good!) Let’s walk this path together.

My Story

I wasn’t born zen, trust me. I used to chase paychecks, not peace. Got fired once, heart skipped a beat, but yoga called louder. Faith over fear, always. My ankle broke, my spirit didn’t. I still have rough days, but teaching keeps me going. I pour what I have, even when my cup’s half-full. Still learning, still healing, just like you. Jisski marzi se sab kuch hota hai, wahi sambhal lega. (The one who runs it all, will take care of me too.)

My Work

Yoga classes for all stages - I teach Hatha Yoga, pre and post pregnancy yoga, both online and offline, for individuals and groups.

Yoga is for every body - Doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, flexible or stiff. Yoga heals, no matter where you start.

More than just exercise - Yoga with me is not about Instagram poses. It’s for your mind, body, spirit - real-life stuff.

Start for body, stay for peace - People come for weight loss, but stay for calm. My classes help with stress, digestion, even tough life changes.

Straightforward teaching - I’m direct. I explain the ‘why’ behind every practice, from Kapalbhati to sitting cross-legged. No sugar-coating.
