About Weightlifting Workshops & Bootcamps
Why I Teach Weightlifting
Barbells get a bad rep, but I know they're just misunderstood. I keep things simple - no fancy tricks, no show-off moves, just real strength training. My approach is all about learning the right way, not what gets you likes on Instagram.
What Happens in the Workshop
Each bootcamp is a single-day, hands-on experience. I break down complicated stuff into easy steps, so you actually get it. Whether you're into Olympic lifting basics or want to fix your deadlift, I focus on building a strong foundation. You'll be moving, learning, and sweating - not just sitting around listening.
Who Should Come
If you've never touched a barbell, you're sorted here. Hit a plateau? I'll help you debug your lifts. Athletes wanting to get explosive for their sport - sprinters, jumpers, whoever - this is for you too. And if you just want to learn the basics of powerlifting technique class or Olympic lifts in a safe spot, that's what I do best.
Lifts We Focus On
We get deep into the snatch, the clean, squats, and deadlifts. I explain the biomechanics, risks, and how to move right. Messy form? I'll call it out, but when you nail it, I'll give you a solid Shabash (nice job).
Where We Train
Basebell is our playground - not posh, but real. It's got legit gear, gritty vibes, and a community that pushes each other. We'll finish with a fun challenge, maybe a 'Hip Thrust Max Out'. You learn, you train, and you leave stronger.

My Story
Chasing dreams, that’s been my thing since I was a kid staring at a green Kawasaki Ninja in some old magazine. Took me years, loads of setbacks too—tendinitis, burnout, all that jazz. But I built Basebell after six years of grinding, so I could train like a real athlete again. I’m always learning, whether I’m coaching or just being the student. Bikes, training, open roads—routine and passion, that’s what keeps me going. If you’re here, you’ll see I keep it real.
My Work
Strength & Performance Training - Olympic lifting coaching, powerlifting, calisthenics—making you strong at any age or level.
Sports Injury Rehab - Sports injury rehab Bangalore. I fix injuries and teach you the right way, so you stay stronger.
Grip Strength Training - Nobody does grip like us—Saxon bar, axle bar, Anvil. Real grip strength training, not just deadlifts.
Train Anyone, Any Level - Athletes, desk job folks, anyone wanting to move better and live stronger. No age limit.
Community Vibes - We train, eat, and ride together. It’s a brotherhood, not just another gym.
