Standard Monthly Plan (12 Sessions)
Training Specifications
- Volume: 12 supervised 1-on-1 personal training sessions valid for 30 days.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session (Includes warm-up, core workout, and cool-down).
- Methodology: Custom mix of Strength Training (Barbells/Dumbbells), Functional movements, and Manual resistance drills.
- Equipment Access: Usage of facility equipment including squat racks, Olympic bars, and machines during the session.
Coaching & Guidance
- Safety: Hands-on spotting for heavy compound lifts to ensure correct form.
- Tracking: Manual logging of weights lifted to monitor strength progression.
- Dietary Support: General nutritional guidance including macronutrient suggestions and modifications for home-cooked meals.
Facility & Logistics
- Environment: High-energy, non-AC functional training zone with industrial fans.
- Communication: Direct access to trainer for scheduling and doubt clearance.
- Amenities: Access to shared changing rooms and water cooler (towel and bottle to be carried by client).
Intensive Transformation Plan (20 Sessions)
Advanced Training Scope
- Volume: 20 intensive 1-on-1 sessions delivered 5 days a week.
- Discipline Variety: Integrated routine to prevent burnout (Strength, Functional/CrossFit, and Cardio Kickboxing).
- Techniques: High-volume training utilizing Super-sets and Drop-sets with shorter rest periods.
Strategy & Recovery
- Routine Split: 3 days Strength/Hypertrophy, 1 day Plyometrics/Agility, 1 day Conditioning.
- Monitoring: Periodic check-ins on weight and visual body composition progress.
- Mobility: Dedicated assisted stretching (PNF) after heavy sessions to aid muscle recovery.
Priority Support
- Scheduling: Priority booking for peak morning or evening time slots.
- Accountability: Daily follow-ups regarding diet adherence and sleep quality.
- Adaptability: On-the-fly workout modifications based on daily energy levels.
Single Trial / Form Check
Session Components

- Consultation: 10-minute initial discussion covering injury history and fitness goals.

How We Train
You can train with me solo or join the group energy. One-on-one fitness coaching is perfect if you want to smash a personal goal or need someone to watch your form. If you vibe better with a crowd, our group workout motivation is next level - mixed batches and ladies-only fitness sessions, so everyone feels comfortable.
What We Do
I mix things up so you never get bored. Strength and conditioning program is my bread and butter - squats, deadlifts, all the big lifts. HIIT personal trainer mode kicks in with battle ropes, burpees, and partner drills. We also throw in cardio kickboxing and Zumba for those who want to sweat it out with music. Every session starts with a proper warm-up and ends with stretching - I’m strict about form, so you don’t get injured.
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’re a newbie or you’ve been lifting for years. I train beginners, ladies’ groups, and even kids who want to get active. Everyone’s welcome in my Akhada.
The Akhada
We train at my fully-equipped gym in AECS Layout. Squat racks, turf, monkey bars, punching bags - sab kuch hai (everything’s there). This is where we put in the real work.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Rajib. Born in Jodhpur, now sweating it out in Bengaluru. For me, fitness is not just kaam (work), it’s life. My motto? Mehnat hi manzil hai (hard work is the destination). Whether it’s lifting, trekking DD Hill, or stick-work, I love pushing limits and seeing folks get stronger. The best part? The energy in my group, especially with the ladies and kids. We work, we laugh, we make some real impresions together.
