I’m all about building skills that last, not chasing quick fixes. My own handstand journey took years of falling and getting back up, so I know there’s no shortcut here. If you want to move better, feel stronger, and actually understand what your body’s doing, you’re in the right place.

What Happens in These Workshops

We go deep into one topic at a time - no random exercises. I break down complex movements so you get a clear, step-by-step plan. You’ll learn exactly how to progress, not just copy moves.

  • Handstand progression workshop: We work from wrist prep to wall drills, then balance drills. It’s not about luck - it’s about learning the skill, piece by piece.
  • Movement skill training: I help you see why every drill matters. Drills get repeated till they stick, so you build real confidence.
  • Flexibility strength sessions: Mobility isn’t just about stretching. I’ll guide you to build strength at your end range, so your flexibility is both real and usable.

The Feel

Progress goes up and down, and that’s normal. My workshops are small so I can actually coach you, not just watch from a distance. You’ll get personal cues and the group vibe keeps it supportive.

Where I Coach

Mostly at Troop HQ, namma Bengaluru (our Bangalore). Sometimes I travel for workshops in Mumbai too. Spots are limited because I want to keep it hands-on and personal.

My Story

We didn’t just want another gym. Troop came from our own search for a place where training feels smart, not punishing. I found my way here after years of CrossFit, three wobbly years learning handstands, and a humbling 10K run. We built Troop HQ during the pandemic—now it’s our home, and every Trooper adds something real. We’re grateful for every rep, every stumble, every win together.
