Facility Access
- Operating Hours: Unlimited duration per session during split-shift hours (Morning 6 AM - 11 AM, Evening 4 PM - 9 PM).
- Frequency: Access available 6 days a week.
- Location: Srirampura facility.
Equipment Specifications
- Powerlifting Focus: Use of competition-grade squat racks, deadlift platforms, calibrated plates, and bumper plates.
- Functional Zone: Access to sled tracks, farmers walk implements, and functional turf.
- Cardio & Hyrox: Usage of Ski-Ergs, rowing machines, and treadmills.
General Amenities
- Basics: Locker usage (own lock required), changing rooms, and purified drinking water.
- Supervision: General floor oversight by junior trainers (excludes personal workout charts or diet planning).
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching Specifications
- Session Format: 12 sessions per month (approx. 3 days/week) lasting 60-75 minutes each.
- Methodology: Science-based form correction focusing on biomechanics, injury prevention, and hypertrophy.
- Customization: Workout programming tailored to individual anatomy (e.g., hip socket depth adjustments).

- Diet Planning: Charts created based on caloric deficits/surpluses and specific macro calculations.
- Medical Review: Recommendations on supplementation (Creatine, Whey, Vitamins) based on client blood work analysis.
- Education: Guidance on insulin management, satiety, and food choices.
Tracking & Metrics
- Bi-Weekly Check-ins: Monitoring of weight, body measurements, and visual changes.

- Macro Planning: Specific breakdown of Protein, Fats, and Carbs with a focus on gut health.

I'm Naresh - an S&C coach and dietitian who comes straight from the world of competitive lifting. I don't believe in shortcuts or fitness fads. For me, strength and body transformation are all about evidence-based fitness coaching, not chasing the latest trend.
How I Coach
This isn't a one-size-fits-all or 30-day magic fix. I build custom plans for anyone serious about change. Whether you're after sustainable fat loss techniques, want to pack on muscle, or just want to get seriously strong, everything is rooted in science - not Instagram hacks.
- Fat loss: Expect tough workouts like Hyrox, plus smart cardio that actually helps muscle recovery. Lifting weights is a must.
- Muscle gain: I teach technique first, with smarter splits (especially for women) like full-body routines. If you're eyeing natural bodybuilding prep, I've helped people hit the stage, clean and strong.
- Strength: We master the big lifts, then add advanced moves for stability and core power.
Nutrition and Supplements: No Gimmicks
I cut out fad diets - just balanced eating and practical tweaks, like cooled rice for better hunger control. Supplement advice? Only what I can prove - I've even lab-tested protein powders myself. I tell you the real story with creatine, vitamins, and what actually works.
