Stop chasing trends. Start building real, raw power. Learn the correct biomechanics for squats, deadlifts, and olympic lifts in a no-nonsense environment.

A little friendly competition always pushes you to be better. After being challenged by another coach, I had to get in on the action and push my deadlift, answering the call and getting it done.

About Strength Foundations: Squats, Deadlifts & More

Most people worry about the number on the bar, but that is the fastest way to get hurt. You have to nail your hip hinge mechanics and spinal alignment first, or you are just setting yourself up for an injury later. In my sessions, we stop you before the weight gets heavy, fix your form on the floor, and only then do we start adding the iron.

Why technique comes before ego

I see people every day trying to smash through personal bests with terrible form, using momentum to move weight instead of their muscles. That is how you end up with back issues or joint pain. Whether you are aiming for your first squat or trying to fix a plateaued deadlift, the fundamentals remain the same. It is not about how much you can lift today, but how well you can move so you can keep lifting for the next twenty years.

What we focus on at Basebell

  • Hip Hinge Mechanics: Getting your posterior chain firing correctly to save your lower back.
  • Spinal Alignment: Learning how to brace your core to protect your spine during heavy lifts.
  • Barbell Proficiency: Understanding exactly how the bar should travel and why small adjustments in your stance make a massive difference in force production.

No gimmicks, just training

You will not find fancy mirrors, AC, or useless machines at my studio in Kalyan Nagar. What you will find are high-quality powerlifting and Olympic bars, bumper plates, and a community that actually wants to work. I focus on real-time form correction. If your form is messy, I will call it out immediately because I want you to get stronger, not just feel busy. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with purpose, let's get to work.

I’m Manish, and I built Basebell because I was tired of the industry fluff. We keep it raw and real here—just iron, technique, and people who actually want to work hard.
