How We Do It

I don't believe in shortcuts or generic workouts. Our Skill-Based Fitness Workshops dive deep into one goal at a time, whether it’s crushing your first pull-up, learning handstand training workshop techniques, or just moving pain-free. Sessions mix strength, mobility and stability coaching for a body that actually lasts.

Workshop Formats

  • Skill Saturdays: Your weekly fix, each session focused on a new skill. One week it’s inversions, next week it’s working towards a fresh PR.
  • Intensive Weekends: Fast-track learning with experts and visiting masters. Recent themes: animal flow sessions and hoop skills.
  • Multi-Week Projects: Deep commitment, tiny groups, real change. Like Project FLEX (30 days for flexibility and strength) and Project Move (women’s strength and movement program).

My Coaching Style

I focus on mindset as much as muscle. You’ll get science-backed methods, expert eyes on your form, and zero shortcuts. Progress isn’t instant, but real wins add up. If you’re ready for functional movement skills and lasting results, you’ll fit right in.

My Story

People say our gym is intense, or just for guys, or that you gotta be fit before you walk in. Heard it all. But AoS was built for the ones who feel left out. We started with hard work, no shortcuts. Over time, we learned strength isn’t just brute force — it’s listening to your body, finding balance. Sonali, who called herself a couch potato, or Amrita, a tired new mom — they found their groove here. If you think 'not for me', trust me, this place is probably exactly for you.

My Work

All kinds of movement - We do animal flow sessions, mindful warrior training, mobility classes, calisthenics workshops, and more. In-person at Indiranagar & Whitefield, plus online.

Personal attention, always - Group or solo, you get real coaching. We meet you where you are - beginner, injured, athlete, whatever.

No boring machines - Every day’s different, so you won’t zone out. We train for real life, not just for looks.
