1-on-1 In-Person Strength Coaching (12 Sessions)
Operational Logistics
- Session Volume: 12 personal training sessions per month, typically scheduled as 3 sessions per week.
- Extended Duration: Each session runs for 75 minutes, providing extra time for mobility work and rest intervals compared to standard 60-minute slots.
- Venue: Training conducted at commercial facilities (e.g., Cult, Meraki) or mutually agreed hubs. Note: Client gym membership is not included in this fee.
Technical Coaching
- Lift Specialization: Expert instruction on the 'Big 3' (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and Olympic variations (Clean, Snatch).
- Safety & Spotting: Professional active spotting for heavy compound movements, allowing clients to train safely to failure.
- Form Correction: Immediate biomechanical adjustments to grip, stance, and posture to maximize leverage and prevent injury.
- Visual Feedback: In-session video recording of key sets for instant technique breakdown.
Roadmap & Nutrition
- Periodized Planning: Structured progressive overload cycles designed to hit specific Personal Record (PR) targets.
- Dietary Strategy: Custom macronutrient breakdown (Protein/Carb/Fat targets) and evidence-based supplement protocols.
Remote Performance Coaching & Programming
Programming & Technique
- Custom Workout Split: A tailored routine designed around your specific goals and available equipment (Gym or Home).
- Video Form Analysis: Asynchronous coaching loop where you submit training videos and receive detailed feedback on technique correction.
- Fatigue Management: Strategic inclusion of de-load weeks to manage recovery and central nervous system fatigue.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Macro-Based Plan: Nutrition charts focused on sustainable eating habits tailored for fat loss or hypertrophy (muscle gain).
- Supplement Advice: Guidance on performance aids like Whey and Creatine, strictly avoiding non-scientific trends.
- Progress Monitoring: Mandatory weekly check-ins to track body weight, measurements, and lift numbers for program adjustments.
Support System
- Communication: Direct text support for gym-floor queries or schedule modifications.
- Accountability: Ongoing mentorship to ensure discipline and program adherence.

What I Stand For
Strength is the real deal. Everything else is just noise. My only aim is to help you become stronger than you were yesterday. If you’re wishing for bada respect ya power (big respect or power), get ready for pain, discipline, and some lonely days. This isn’t about feeling pumped up for a week. Discipline wins, motivation fades. No one cares if you’re tired - the work still needs to get done.

How We Get Stronger
We’ll focus on what actually works:
- Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift): The base of real strength.
- Olympic lifts: Power Cleans, Snatch, Push Press - explosive moves to up your game. Just like I hit that 100kg Push Press, you’ll see progress too.
- Accessory work: Cable flys, lat pulldowns, sled pushes - these round out your strength.
It’s all about progressive overload training and nailing your form first. We’ll plan cycles, with de-load weeks so you don’t burn out.
My Approach
- In-person: I’ll spot you, correct your form, and push you.
- Online: Doesn’t matter where you are, I’ll build your home gym coaching plan. Seen folks lose 12kg+ in 16 weeks with this.
- Nutrition advice comes straight from real experience as a sports nutritionist. We use supplements smartly and tackle fat loss without crash diets.
Results Are Earned
