Equipment Access
- 90 minutes of independent floor usage.
- Unlimited attempts on the Saxon Bar (rectangular pinch-grip).
- Access to custom-made Anvil Grip (conical surface).
- Usage of 2-inch thick Axle Bar for deadlifts and cleans.
- Access to heavy-duty Hand Grippers up to 300lbs and Fat Grip attachments.
Usage Rules
- Dry Chalk Blocks provided on-site.
- Liquid chalk is prohibited on the Anvil.
- Includes general safety spotting (no technique coaching).
- Eligibility for Plate Flip and Anvil Lift leaderboard challenges.
Private Grip Consultation & Coaching
Diagnostic Testing
- Digital Grip Dynamometer testing to establish baseline compression strength.
- Left vs. Right hand imbalance analysis.
- Palpation and movement screening for elbow and wrist mobility.
Technique Training
- 60 minutes of private coaching with the head coach.
- Correction for Double Overhand Axle Deadlift false grip mechanics.
- Instruction on Anvil (horn grip) and Saxon Bar lifting techniques.
- Consultation on integrating grip work into existing routines.
4-Week Specialized Grip Program

Grip Strength: The Real Test
It’s wild how most folks skip over grip work, but honestly, everything starts with your hands. If you’re serious about power or just want to stop your forearms from giving up before your back, this is for you. I track your progress with a grip dynamometer measurement, so we know exactly where you stand, not just guesswork.
The Tools You Won’t Find Elsewhere
My gym is kitted out like nowhere else in Bangalore.
- The Axle Bar: Thick, slick, and twice as tough as normal bars - every lift here is a battle for your hands.
- The Saxon Bar: Square, painful, super rare. It’s a humbling piece of kit.
- Anvil grip strength test: Think blacksmith challenge, but for your palms and fingers. Pure, raw stuff.
- Grippers: Adjustable, heavy, and even a 300-pound “impossible” one.
- Extras: Fat Grips, Gyro Balls, plate pinch grip workout... enough to fry your fingers.
How We Train
No fancy stuff, no filters. We focus on lifts that make your hands do all the work - double overhand axle deadlifts, Saxon bar deadlifts, Anvil grip lifts. If you want a ‘Shabash!’ from me, you gotta earn it - plate pinching, plate flipping, closing the big grippers.

My Story
Chasing dreams, that’s been my thing since I was a kid staring at a green Kawasaki Ninja in some old magazine. Took me years, loads of setbacks too—tendinitis, burnout, all that jazz. But I built Basebell after six years of grinding, so I could train like a real athlete again. I’m always learning, whether I’m coaching or just being the student.
