No AC, no fancy mirrors, and no fluff. Just a raw industrial space, heavy steel, and a community that actually moves weight.

Basebell wasn't built overnight. This video shows the behind the scenes work, the thousands of hours of manual labor and dedication it took to build our gym from the ground up, brick by brick.

Here is a glimpse into a regular day in my life. It's a routine built around the things I love: training, coaching, and constantly learning. I stay grounded by remaining a student of my craft, doing the same things consistently to create change.

This is what a dream team looks like. At Basebell, we don't just work together; we train, eat, and ride together. It's a brotherhood, and that's the foundation of our success.

We are not your regular gym with regular coaches. This video shows one of our internal education sessions, where we dive deep into anatomy and biomechanics. This commitment to learning is what makes us the best in the business.

Basebell represents sheer passion and dedication to the craft of strength training. We don't use fancy gimmicks, just a commitment to creating something we love to use ourselves, and that's why our members love it too.

All it takes is another person with the same energy to push you out of your routine and into a spontaneous training session. This is the kind of environment we foster at Basebell.

About Inside Basebell: Our Gym, Gear & Community

We built Basebell with our own hands, brick by brick, because we wanted an environment that respects the process. You won't find rows of treadmills here, but you will find specialized gear like Saxon bars, heavy yokes, and Olympic platforms—tools designed to actually make you stronger, not just pass time.

Basebell isn't about looking good for the cameras; it's about performance. When you walk into our Kalyan Nagar studio, you see what real strength training looks like. We use industrial warehouse settings because they remove the distractions.

The Gear That Matters

Most commercial gyms stock equipment based on what looks expensive, not what works. We prioritize functional tools. Whether you are training with our heavy axle bars, testing your pinch grip on a Saxon bar, or working the heavy yoke, every piece of equipment here has a purpose. We maintain these tools for durability and performance, ensuring you get the right feedback on every lift.

Education Over Ego

Training is useless without understanding the mechanics. Our gym doubles as a classroom. We hold whiteboard sessions to break down the anatomy of a squat, the leverage points in a deadlift, and the trajectory of a snatch. If your form is sloppy, we call it out. We do not sugarcoat the technique because injury prevention is not optional.

The Brotherhood

This is a community, not a crowd. We train together, eat together, and hold each other accountable. It is the type of environment where you can walk in alone and leave with a training partner. We keep our groups tight so that every attendee gets the supervision they need to hit a personal best without wasting time. If you are looking for a place to hide in the corner with headphones, this isn't it. If you want to learn, sweat, and get stronger, you are in the right place.

I'm Manish, and I built Basebell because I was tired of gyms that prioritized flash over substance. We keep it real here—teaching you how to handle the barbell properly, fixing your form until it's clean, and training alongside people who push you to be better.
