I started BASE because I wanted something real, something that actually helps you get strong and feel good about your body.

How I Work With You

  • No crash diets, no “get skinny quick” scams. We look at the long run, not just today.
  • I build a program just for you. Your goals, your history, your pace. No generic plans.
  • We focus on functional movement coaching - the 8 basic human movement patterns - to make you strong for life, not just gym selfies.
  • I teach you the WHY behind every move. So, one day you don’t need me.
  • Powerlifting technique coaching is my jam. You’ll nail your squats, deadlifts, bench - with proper form and zero ego.
  • Recovery, sleep, nutrition - we talk about it all. Mental health bhi important hai yaar (mental health matters too).

My Story

I always wanted to be a businesswoman, just like my dad. School days were rough, I was bullied and tried too hard to fit in. Fitness became my escape, but I messed up—starving, overtraining, just plain lost. Hired a trainer in Bangalore, he didn’t even care about my goals, just pointed at my body. That’s when I knew, I had to do better. BASE is my answer—a judgment-free gym, mostly for women, where feeling strong matters more than numbers. Dad always says, 'यार हर मंथ सेम नहीं होता, ऊपर नीचे चलते रहता है बिजनेस में' (business has ups and downs), and that keeps me going.
