Basebell is not a gym for the casual user. Located in Kalyan Nagar, we are a space dedicated to raw strength, functional movement, and a group of people who show up every day to get the work done.
This is what makes Basebell what it is. It’s not just the equipment or the facility. It’s the community that walks in every day and the hard work we do inside. From the outside it's a humble studio, but inside you will find the true meaning of strength training.
Here is a glimpse into a regular day in my life. I stick to a routine of doing the things I love, which happen to be the same things that got me here. I am just as enthusiastic about learning today as I was when I started.
About The Basebell Story & Community
Don't come here looking for rows of mirrors or machines that do the movement for you. This space was built to house the equipment I actually need, from custom-welded grip tools to heavy axle bars, creating an environment where your progress is measured by the iron you lift, not the brand of your shoes.
I started Basebell after six years of grinding, dealing with my own share of tendinitis and burnout. I wanted a space that didn't treat strength training like a hobby. When you walk into our Kalyan Nagar studio, you aren't just walking into a gym. You are stepping into a community of 'sundown hustlers' who prioritize performance over aesthetics.
Why This Space Matters
Most gyms in Bengaluru are built to look good. We built Basebell to function. Every piece of equipment, from the Saxon bar to the 300lb grippers, was selected because it serves a purpose in building real, raw strength. We don't have memberships that trap you; we have protocols that challenge you.
The Community
We are a brotherhood and a sisterhood of athletes, desk-job warriors, and people recovering from sports injuries. We train, eat, and ride together. Whether you are here for Olympic lifting coaching, powerlifting basics, or specialized grip strength work, you are expected to respect the floor and the people training alongside you. This isn't a place to check your phone or hide in a corner. It is a place to get stronger, learn how to move, and finally train the way you were always meant to.
