- 12 in-person sessions conducted 3 days a week at the gym facility.

- Customized workout split (Push-Pull-Legs or Bro-split) based on physique goals.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Basic macro-guidance integrating home-cooked meals and protein intake.
- Supplement stack recommendations based on fitness goals.
- Periodic weight checks and physique photo updates.
Buddy Training (2 People)
Session Dynamics
- 12 joint sessions per month where both clients train in the same time slot.
- Alternating rest periods using an "I go, You go" format to maintain intensity.
- Professional spotting by the trainer plus instruction on partner-spotting techniques.
Customization
- Synchronized muscle-group splits with weights adjusted for individual strength levels.
- Individual diet targets and nutrition guidance provided for each person.
Online Transformation Coaching
Remote Planning
- Customized PDF or text-based workout schedule detailing exercises, sets, and reps.
- Structured diet plan tailored to daily calorie needs for vegetarian or non-vegetarian preferences.
Accountability
- Weekly scheduled check-ins via WhatsApp to review weight and measurements.
- Remote video analysis to correct exercise technique and form.
- Direct WhatsApp access for queries regarding soreness or schedule adjustments.

My Approach: Real Strength, Real Talk
Main seedhi baat karta hoon (I talk straight). For me, training isn’t about flexing for Instagram, it’s about real progress. Every workout, every rep, gives me sukoon (peace). I always start with Har Har Mahadev - strength from within matters more than anything.
What We’ll Do Together
- Focus on functional strength training and muscle hypertrophy coaching - we build your base first, then sculpt the look
- Big lifts with barbells and dumbbells, always with progressive overload so you actually get stronger without guesswork
- Form and safety come first - I’m always there to spot, correct, and make sure you’re not getting hurt chasing numbers
Bodybuilding isn’t just for the mirror - it’s to feel confident and push what your body can do. We’ll go through each muscle group, never skipping legs. Asli mard wohi hai jo legs maarta hai, samjhe? (The real deal trains legs, got it?)
Coaching Style
Deshi balak from Haryana - no hawabazi (showing off), just hard work and real motivation. I’ve trained everyone from total newbies to those coming back after injury. I’ll push you, but you need to bring your mehnat (hard work) and jigar (guts).

Har Har Mahadev! Main Amit, Haryana ka, ab Bangalore mein. Subah gym jaana mera ilaaj hai - gussa, tension sab wahin chhod deta hu.
