1-Day Climbing Pass & Gear Rental
Access & Gear
- Unlimited Climbing: All-day access to slab, vertical, and overhang bouldering sections.
- Equipment Included: Rental climbing shoes with rubber grip and access to communal chalk.
Safety Induction
- Briefing: 10-15 minute mandatory floor session on falling safely on industrial foam crash pads.
- Orientation: Introduction to the color-coded grading system (V-scale) to identify routes.
Facility Specs
- Environment: Warehouse-style industrial setting with high ceilings and heavy-duty fans (non-AC).
- Amenities: Usage of stretching mats and viewing area.
Unlimited Monthly Membership

Adult Performance Coaching Program
Structured Training
- Schedule: 3 guided group sessions per week, approximately 90 minutes each (10-12 sessions/month).
- Methodology: Curriculum derived from World Champion competitive experience.
Technical Skill Building
- Movement Drills: Instruction on footwork (edging/smearing), body positioning (flagging), and dynamic moves.
- Beta Analysis: Real-time correction of movement sequences and strategy on specific routes.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Climbing Fitness: Circuits focusing on finger strength, upper body power, and core stability.
- Recovery: Directed warm-up and cool-down routines to prevent common climbing injuries.
Junior Climbing Academy (Ages 6-14)
Class Structure
- Frequency: 2-3 sessions per week (60-90 minutes) tailored for shorter attention spans.
- Supervision: High staff-to-student ratio ensuring strict oversight on safety and spotting.
Skill Development

About Bouldering Coaching and Training
I see bouldering as more than just a sport. For me, every climb is like a life problem - kabhi girte hain, kabhi chadhte hain (sometimes you fall, sometimes you climb up). That feeling when you finally top out after struggling? Pure happiness.
How I Coach
Whatever your level, I’ll help you find your own way up the wall.
- First time? I break down the basics - technique, safety, even how to fall (trust me, everyone falls here).
- Already climbing? I’ll push you with tougher routes, focus on strength and power, and even prep you for comps with real 'comp style' bouldering technique coaching.
- Kids (6+)? I make it super fun and safe. We do everything from easy climbs to crazy dynos. Most important rule for kids - girne mein koi sharam nahi (no shame in falling).
The Space & Scene
Not just a gym, it’s a full-on community. You’ll see everyone here - total newbies, national champs, kids goofing around. Walls change regularly, so even regulars get new climbing wall training challenges. We do Boulder Jams and Dyno Sessions, just for fun and good vibes.
My medal wins for India keep me fired up, but what really matters is passing on that passion. Whether you want indoor climbing classes or just a place to hang out and climb, you’re welcome here.

My Story
Hey, Mani here. Climbing’s been a wild ride – highs, lows, all of it. Winning medals for India, like that first silver in LA, still gives me goosebumps. I’m the only Indian with five world championship medals in para climbing, and trust me, it’s not always smooth. But every comp, every win, every fall – it’s all part of the hustle. Still hungry for the next challenge, always.

What We Offer - Bouldering sessions for all, modern bouldering routes, route setting courses, coaching for kids and adults, plus Boulder Jams Bangalore.
Open to Everyone - Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or a pro – you’ll find your crew here. Strong women, little champs, weekend warriors, all welcome.
Routes With a Twist - We set routes that’ll make you think, sweat, maybe curse a little. Brutal, fun, tricky – come try a Dyno climbing session or classic problem.
Events & Community - Love hosting Boulder Jams, community climbing events, and epic competitions. Always a good vibe when we all climb together.
Timings - Weekdays: 7am-10am, 4pm-9pm. Weekends: 8am-1pm, 4pm-9pm. Mondays? Closed, we rest too.
