Raw Strength Coaching Philosophy
Forget the gimmicks and social media trends. I teach you how to move, lift, and get strong using proven principles, not guesswork.
Workouts are available online for free. A coach does a lot more than just design workouts. Anyone can get a certificate and call themselves a trainer, but it takes a lot more than that to be a real coach.
Everyone is giving away free advice these days for attention, while professionals are busy doing their job in real life. Be aware of what you consume. If you're going to take advice, take it from someone who does the job for a living.
A great workout program isn't about fancy looking workouts and complex exercises. It's about making simple, fundamental exercises as effective as possible. This is the truth.
The power of repetition is real. You can't cut down a tree by hitting it in ten different spots. You can only do it by hitting the same spot again and again. Doing the same thing consistently is more effective than doing a lot of different things.
Even the best athlete in the world needs a coach. Every coach needs a coach. There is no one in this world who will not benefit from having a teacher to guide them.
About My Coaching Philosophy
You can have the best equipment in the world, but it is useless without a process that actually works. I do not give you generic, cookie-cutter programs. I track your progress with data, fix your movement patterns, and show you exactly how to integrate heavy lifting and grip work to build a body that functions for life, not just for social media.
Most coaches today are just copying exercises they saw on the internet. Real training is different. It is about the power of repetition, understanding that you cannot cut down a tree by hitting it in ten different spots. You hit the same spot until it falls. That is how we build strength at Basebell.
My philosophy is simple: remove the noise. Whether you are a desk worker dealing with chronic stiffness or an athlete looking to break through a plateau, we start by assessing your movement. We look at biomechanics, not trends. If you have an injury, we do not just work around it. We fix the movement to make you stronger than you were before.
I have spent years training, failing, and learning what actually moves the needle. I do not coach to be your friend. I coach to make you a better athlete. We use proper equipment, such as axle bars and Saxon bars, to force you to build raw, functional power. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, let us get to work.
