Why I Do This
Mindset comes first, always. Even before the first dumbbell is lifted, I know that changing your body means changing your thinking. Some days, your body’s going to say "enough," but discipline and a stubborn heart will carry you anyway. That’s where the real change happens.
What You Can Expect
This is not a shortcut. I focus on complete transformation - body and mind. We work on sustainable muscle building, fat loss without cardio obsession, and building strength that actually matters outside the gym too. You’ll see your body composition change, but also how you feel and perform every day.
How I Train People
Strength training is the backbone. We use big lifts like squats and deadlifts, plus extra moves to balance things out. Core strength for athletes is a big deal for me, because power starts at the center. Cardio? It's smart and short, not endless. Recovery is non-negotiable - rest days, active recovery, and deloads are all part of the plan.
On food, I keep it simple. High protein, real food first. Supplements only if you really need. I’ll probably ask for a blood test before suggesting anything heavy like creatine.
My Own Journey
I walk the talk. My 108-day challenge - lost 9kg in 54 days, got stronger. My clients? One guy dropped from 92 to 77kg in 6 months, got quicker on the basketball court.

My journey started on my mother’s waist, and now, strength is my identity. Powerlifting is not just medals for me, it’s respect, it’s glory. But my real power? Comes from faith. I’m a Hanuman bhakt, I believe Mahadev called me to Kashi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya. Sab kuch usi ka hai, main toh sirf ek saadhan hoon (Everything is His, I’m just an instrument). Awards, records, all blessings. Surrender ego, find strength.
