Shat Kriya Cleansing
We conduct supervised sessions for traditional cleansing methods like Jala Neti and Kunjar Kriya. These are practical tools to clear respiratory passages and improve digestion. Please note these require an empty stomach and are held in the early morning for safety.
Asana and Pranayama
For those refining their practice, our Asana Correction workshops break down challenging postures like the headstand (Sirsasana). We also host dedicated Pranayama sessions that teach breath control ratios, helping you manage your mood and energy levels effectively.
Meditation and Philosophy
Beyond the physical, our meditation courses introduce you to Vedanta philosophy and Japa Yoga. We provide the necessary theoretical framework and practical techniques to establish a sustainable daily practice.
All our workshops are held in a traditional, non-air-conditioned hall to maintain an environment conducive to spiritual focus. Please bring a personal towel and be prepared for floor-based seating.
