I keep my studio sessions limited to 6-8 participants for a specific reason. You are not just a number in a crowded gym here; you get the hands-on corrections needed to master your form. Whether you are using the Reformer, Chair, or MOTR, this small-batch approach ensures you are moving safely and effectively.

We use genuine Balanced Body equipment. This matters because it provides the smooth resistance and anatomical support you cannot get on generic or budget-friendly gym machines. If you are doing Tricep extensions or Scissors on a Wunda Chair, you need to know the machine is stable and designed to support your body's mechanics, not fight against them.
Small Batches, Real Results
By capping my classes at 6-8 people, I can move around the room and offer corrections. I am looking at your pelvic tilt, your rib placement, and your shoulder alignment. If you are struggling with a sequence, we pause, regress the movement, and rebuild it until you have the core strength to execute it properly.
