This is what it feels like to learn with purpose. I use my 18 years of experience to give precise, hands-on corrections, like guiding a client through a teaser on the Reformer to maintain a posterior tilt. It’s not just about doing the exercise, it’s about mastering it.
This is where strength and control meet. Here, I'm demonstrating an advanced hanging pull-up on the Cadillac, a move that requires immense core power and body awareness. My guidance helps you build up to master moves you never thought possible.
Don't underestimate the power of the Pilates Chair. This dynamic equipment is incredible for building stability and strength. In my Combo Chair sessions, we move through challenging sequences that will make you feel the burn in the best way.
Pilates is better with a friend. Here, two clients are working on their balance and coordination together on the MOTR. My studio is a space where you can have fun, challenge each other, and get stronger as a community.
To move the body well, you have to understand it first. As a Master Educator, I teach the 'why' behind every exercise, breaking down anatomy and movement principles using tools like this skeleton to explain the role of the scapula, clavicle, and humerus in shoulder movement.

Most studios rush through reps, but here, we prioritize the 'why' behind every move. Whether it's a Reformer flow or a MOTR session, I personally oversee your alignment, correcting your scapular retraction and pelvic tilt in real-time. It is not about how many repetitions you finish; it is about how many you master with total control.
My approach is grounded in the Balanced Body methodology, a system that treats movement as a science. When you train with me, you are not just exercising; you are learning how your body functions.
I have structured my workshops to cater to different goals and experience levels:
- Reformer Pilates: This is the heart of my studio. We use top-of-the-line Allegro 2 Reformers to challenge your stability and range of motion.
- MOTR (Movement On The Roller): Perfect for beginners or those who want to mix cardio with core work. It is a dynamic way to improve balance and flexibility.
- Combo Chair: Don't let the size fool you. The chair provides intense resistance for targeting deep core muscles and improving functional strength.
I run my classes out of my studios in Worli and Khar West. I intentionally keep batch sizes small (6-8 people maximum) because I need to see exactly how your body is moving. If your spine is slightly misaligned or you are compensating with your traps, I will catch it. This hands-on attention is non-negotiable for me.
