Master Your Strength with Reformer Pilates
The Reformer is the engine of my studio. Whether you are finding your footing as a beginner or challenging your limits, these sessions build control, precision, and core strength from the inside out.
This is your sign to begin your Pilates journey. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my Reformer classes provide the expert guidance you need to start moving with strength and intention.
The Reformer is a system that truly re-forms the body. Here, you can see clients working on planks and leg extensions, building core strength and alignment under my watchful eye.
New to Pilates? Starting your journey with a Master Educator makes all the difference. I ensure you learn the fundamentals correctly and build a strong foundation on the Reformer from your very first session.
It's normal to feel hesitant about starting something new. But what if you love it? My studio is a supportive space to overcome that fear and discover just how strong you are, one Reformer class at a time.
This reel found you for a reason. It's a sign to start prioritizing your health and well-being. A class at my studio is the perfect place to begin.
In Pilates, we slow down to find where the real work begins. This controlled movement on the Reformer demonstrates how slowing down builds deeper muscle engagement, improves alignment, and transforms your body.
The long box plank series on the Reformer is fantastic for improving spine mobility and upper body strength. It targets muscles you didn't know you had and helps counteract a slouchy posture.
Planks on the Reformer take core work to the next level. The moving carriage challenges your deep core stabilizers, shoulders, and glutes, leading to improved posture and total-body control.
This glutes series on the Reformer is designed to make your legs shiver. By using the jump board and straps, we target underused muscles to improve hip stability and strengthen your entire posterior chain.
Pilates motivates, moves, and heals. This powerful image of a pike on the Reformer captures the essence of building strength, improving posture, and feeling more confident in your body.
About The Reformer Experience
We don't just move through repetitions here. In my Reformer sessions, we use the Balanced Body Allegro 2 systems to work on specific anatomical alignment. You will learn to control the carriage movement through your core, not your momentum, which is why you feel that deep, targeted burn in muscles you never knew you had.
Precision over Speed
Many people think Pilates is just about movement, but on the Reformer, it is about how you control that movement. My sessions are designed to slow things down. When you are on the carriage, every millimeter counts. We focus on the connection between your pelvis, ribs, and shoulders, ensuring your spine stays supported while your limbs do the heavy lifting.
Why The Reformer?
Unlike a mat workout, the Reformer provides resistance through springs, which helps you isolate specific muscle groups. If you are struggling with a slouchy posture or want to build functional strength for daily life, this is the tool for it. I run these workshops with small groups—limited to 6-8 people—so I can provide hands-on corrections. You won't get lost in the back of the room here; you will get the technical cues you need to actually improve.
Where We Train
I operate out of two premium studios in Mumbai—Worli and Khar West. Both spaces are equipped with professional-grade Allegro 2 Reformers and Wunda Chairs. Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to learn the ropes or an athlete using Pilates for rehab, we start by meeting you exactly where you are. We don't rush the process, but we don't settle for 'good enough' either. If you are ready to stop guessing at the gym and start training with intention, let's get to work.
