Training Environment

This is not a commercial gym for casual workouts; it is a dedicated boxing academy. The floor space is designed for functional movement, featuring agility ladders, cones, and multiple heavy bags for round-the-clock drills. We prioritize space for technique, which is why the area remains focused on training rather than aesthetics.

The Ring

Central to our facility is a regulation-size (approx. 16x16 ft) boxing ring. This is where we conduct controlled sparring sessions every Friday and Saturday. Having access to an actual canvas ring allows students to learn ring generalship, rope movement, and spacing—things you cannot replicate on a flat gym floor.

Conditioning & Accessibility

Being located at Noida Stadium, Sector 21A, gives us a massive advantage for conditioning. Beyond the indoor setup, we utilize the stadium infrastructure for long-distance running and stair climbing. Our sessions are 6 days a week, lasting 90 to 120 minutes, combining high-intensity boxing drills with old-school strength training using tire flips and battle ropes.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete preparing for CBSE, state, or national tournaments, the program is the same: intense, disciplined, and results-focused. We operate in a non-AC environment with natural ventilation to build the stamina required for real competition.
