Get an inside look at how we build fighters at Noida Stadium. From agility drills to ring sparring, this is where champions are made.

This is what we train for. I am incredibly proud of my student Ipsa, winning the gold medal at the CBSE North Zone Championship. We don't just train, we build champions who stand on the podium.

In my ring, you learn to fight. Here are two of my female boxers in a controlled sparring session, working on their technique, distance, and timing. This is where real fight experience is gained.

Speed and agility are non-negotiable for a boxer. This agility ladder drill is a core part of our conditioning to build explosive footwork and coordination. You must be light on your feet to dominate the ring.

Another one of my young fighters, Aditya, earning his silver medal at the CBSE North Zone Boxing Championship. We start building discipline and skill from a young age. Shabash, beta!

Power is built through repetition. This is a glimpse into our daily training, with fighters working on heavy bags to develop punching power and stamina. You can also see our group footwork drills in the background.

The strength of the academy is the team. Here is our group of winners from the 4th Delhi Open Boxing Championship, bringing home 7 gold and 6 silver medals. When one fighter wins, we all win.

Boxing strength is different. It's explosive and raw. We use old-school methods like these tire and sledgehammer workouts to build the functional power needed to deliver knockout punches.

I teach my fighters to be smart in the ring. In this video, I am instructing them on movement and positioning during a drill. It's not just about punching, it's about controlling the space.

Training here is about raw effort, not aesthetics. When you walk into our Noida Stadium hall, you will see fighters working on agility ladders and tire flips—old-school conditioning that actually translates to the ring. We do not use AC or fancy machines because they do not help you win bouts. If you are ready for 90 minutes of sweat and technical correction, come for a trial class and test your limits.

At the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Boxing Academy, I train students who want to compete. Whether you are aiming for district-level tournaments or national championships, this is where you get the skills and the grit.

My training methodology is simple and brutal. I focus on technical pad work, footwork drills to increase speed, and full-contact sparring in our regulation-sized ring. Conditioning is a non-negotiable part of our daily routine—expect to work with battle ropes, tractor tires, and stair climbing at the stadium to build functional power.

We operate as a tight-knit group. My students, including boys and girls across different age groups, push each other to improve. We are a pathway for serious competitors looking at Boxing Federation of India and Khelo India events. We keep it real: no shortcuts, no excuses.

If you are a beginner, do not worry about your current fitness level. Focus on your discipline, and I will handle the rest. We train 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. If you are serious about boxing, come see the intensity for yourself.
