Monthly Youth Combat & Fitness Access
Core Training Access
- Schedule: Youth-specific batches running 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) in evening slots (e.g. 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes of high-intensity training per session.
- Group Size: Mixed-gender groups (ages 6-16) with a student-to-coach ratio of approx 12:1.
Training Modules
- Striking Basics: Instruction on stance, footwork, and basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut) via shadow boxing and bag drills.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight fitness including push-ups, squats, burpees, and core planks for endurance.
- Agility: Drills using agility ladders and cones to improve coordination and foot speed.
- Discipline: Strict adherence to gym etiquette and verbal motivation from coaches.
Facility & Gear
- Flooring: High-density EVA interlocking mats for joint protection.
- Equipment: Access to shared heavy bags (USI Universal) and communal kick shields.
- Note: Personal boxing gloves and hand wraps must be purchased separately.

Why We Train Young Warriors
Every kid’s got that spark. At Unbeatable Fitness and MMA, I want to help them turn it into real strength. We don’t do shortcuts or excuses. Discipline matters. Confidence matters more. And mental toughness? That’s for life. You know how they say, “Sher paida hote hain, banaye nahi jaate” (Lions are born, not made) - but even a lion needs to learn how to hunt. That’s where I come in.
What We Offer
- Kids' Boxing: Basics first - stance, footwork, throwing punches right. It isn’t about anger, it’s about control. That’s how we teach kids self-defense classes.
- MMA Fundamentals: I keep it age-appropriate. Striking, some grappling, always safe. Boys and girls both, sabko fighter bante hain (everyone becomes a fighter).
- Fitness & Agility: Before you can fight, you need to move. I focus on youth fitness and agility program drills - strength, speed, and coordination.
The Real Session Vibe
- Expect pad and bag work, where technique meets sweat.
- Agility ladders, “jaldi jaldi!” (quickly quickly!) - keeps them sharp.
- Bodyweight moves - push-ups, squats, core. Bachpan se hi strong (strong since childhood) is the goal.
- It’s never just mindless hitting. Every drill builds confidence in children and teaches respect, not just muscle.
