Every result you see—from Ipsa's bronze at the U15 Nationals to our team's district-level medal hauls—comes from the same 6-day-a-week regimen. We focus on real competition pathways like CBSE and Khelo India, not just basic fitness, so if you are serious about stepping into the ring, we are ready to build that discipline in you.

Building Fighters for the Podium

I don't train people to look good in the mirror; I train them to win in the ring. When you see these medals, understand that they are the outcome of 90-minute sessions that push past normal limits. Whether it is a state-level bout or a CBSE school championship, the preparation is the same: rigorous footwork, shadow boxing, and controlled sparring in our 16x16 ft regulation ring.

The Training Methodology

• Technique First: We focus on BFI (Boxing Federation of India) standards. You won't just hit a bag; you will learn how to throw combinations, cut off the ring, and control your breathing under pressure.
• Conditioning: Fights are often lost in the third round due to fatigue. We use Noida Stadium for track work and stadium stairs, combined with old-school strength training like tire flips and battle ropes to ensure you are as explosive in the final round as the first.
• Competitive Pathway: We guide students from their first day of training to district selections and national qualifiers. My students are currently representing in various weight categories (48kg, 52kg, etc.), proving that with the right guidance, talent can reach the national level.
