About Forging Fighters: Strength & Conditioning
This is not a fancy club with air conditioning. We train using heavy tires, battle ropes, and long-distance stadium runs because that is what it takes to build real combat endurance. If you want to get fit while learning how to push past your limits, this is the right place.
My approach to strength and conditioning is simple, because a fight is won by the person who does not gas out in the final round. In this cluster, you see my students doing explosive plyometrics, core-crushing bodyweight circuits, and agility drills. We build athletes who are ready for the ring, not just people looking for a casual workout.
Most commercial gyms focus on how you look in a mirror, but here, we focus on how you perform under pressure. We mix boxing-specific conditioning with high-intensity interval training to build the explosive power you need for quick footwork and strong punches.
We utilize the open space and facilities at Noida Stadium to push you. When you train here, you learn what your body is capable of when you stop looking for the easy way out. My sessions include:
