As a trainer, I believe in hands-on guidance. Here, I'm correcting form to ensure my client maintains balance and coordination, activating the right muscles for maximum results and injury prevention. Thoda push toh banta hai.

About My Training Philosophy

I don't just count reps. Whether we are working on the Reformer in my Hauz Khas studio or doing floor work at your home, I am constantly watching your pelvic tilt and rib cage placement. If your form slips, we pause, adjust, and correct, because movement quality is the only way to achieve sustainable, pain-free results.

My approach to fitness is rooted in movement science, not trends. I am an ACE-certified trainer and a VLCC-certified nutritionist, and I don't believe in quick fixes or crash diets. Real change happens when you understand the mechanics of your body.

Why Movement Science Matters

When you train with me, we look at the 'why' behind the movement. If you are struggling with a kyphotic posture or have issues in your lumbopelvic complex, we address those specifically. It is not just about burning calories, it is about fixing your biomechanics so you move efficiently in your daily life. My sessions are a hybrid of Pilates and strength training, incorporating TRX, stability balls, and heavy-duty Reformer work to build strength that lasts.

The 'Thoda Push' Mentality

Thoda push toh banta hai (You have to push a little). I know I can be a bit demanding, but that is because I know what you are capable of. My clients come to me because they want to break out of their comfort zones. We focus on single-sided moves to identify muscular imbalances and correct them, ensuring that your core strength is not just for show but for stability.

Nutrition and Lifestyle

Training is only half the battle. I provide science-backed nutrition guidance because you cannot out-train a poor diet. My goal is to help you build habits you can actually stick to, whether you are 25 or 52. We avoid fads and focus on fueling your body properly so that our hard work in the studio shows in your energy levels, your muscle tone, and your overall confidence.
