I will push you a little bit more than you think you can handle because that is the only way to see actual results.
More Than Just a Workout
Fitness isn't an option for me, it is the only path. When you train with me, you are getting a blend of Reformer Pilates, Cadillac work, and functional strength training. I hold an ACE certification and a VLCC nutrition credential, so our sessions are backed by science, not fads.
My Approach
- Corrective Exercise: We use targeted movements to manage back pain, scoliosis, and posture imbalances. We address the 'why' behind your discomfort.
- Contrology: We focus on rib cage placement, pelvic tilt, and core engagement. If you are doing a move, you are doing it with purpose.
- Nutrition Integration: No crash diets. I help you understand how to fuel your body based on the intensity of our training.
How We Train
- Hauz Khas Studio: We run small cohorts of 3-5 people for shared Reformer and Mat work. This ensures you get enough individual attention while benefiting from the energy of a group.
- 1-on-1 Sessions: If you need undivided attention for injury rehab or advanced strength work, this is where we use the full suite of equipment including the Cadillac and Wunda Chair.
- At-Home Training: If you cannot make it to the studio, I bring the gear to you. I manage all equipment setup, focusing on TRX, resistance bands, and mat-based functional drills to turn your space into a training zone.
