Fitness for me is more than workouts or counting reps. I treat it as therapy, a hustle, and a way to build yourself up from scratch. My motto is simple: Mitti ko sona banane ka hunar hai (I know how to turn soil into gold). This means I believe anyone can transform with the right mindset and effort, whether you’re a complete newbie or already deep in the game.

  • If pain, posture issues, or old injuries hold you back, I blend in posture correction exercises and Pilates-based fixes so you can move pain-free and strong.
  • Nutrition isn’t an afterthought here. I’ll help you with advice on diet and supplements, so your energy matches your ambition.

  • No sugarcoating - this is a hard, slow grind, and some days will suck. Progress > perfection, always.
  • I care about your long-term health and sustainable lifestyle fitness, not crash diets or shortcuts.

My Story

Hey, I'm Praateek. Zumba’s my heartbeat, my therapy, and my ticket to places I never thought I'd be—Nepal, Delhi, Bhutan, all with sneakers on! Nepal, yaar, that vibe stuck with me since day one. I’m always learning, always moving—just finished a Pilates course, never say die, main haroonga nahin (I won't lose). Off the mat, I’m with my family, wife, cricket, and festivals.
