Fitness for me is more than workouts or counting reps. I treat it as therapy, a hustle, and a way to build yourself up from scratch. My motto is simple: Mitti ko sona banane ka hunar hai (I know how to turn soil into gold). This means I believe anyone can transform with the right mindset and effort, whether you’re a complete newbie or already deep in the game.
