We focus on gravity-based strength and core stability, so you get the exact same 'burn' you would in my studio, minus the commute.
I know how hard it is to stick to a fitness routine when life gets busy. That is why I bring the studio experience to you. Whether you want to correct your posture, manage back pain, or just get stronger without leaving the house, I design a programme that fits your lifestyle.
We start with a postural assessment to identify any muscular imbalances or issues in your lumbopelvic complex. From there, we move into targeted corrective exercises and functional training. My at-home sessions use your own environment—furniture, floor space, and portable props—to build real strength.
My coaching is based on movement science, not fads. We address your specific needs, whether that means fixing a kyphotic posture or simply engaging your core properly during everyday movements. Thoda push toh banta hai. Expect a session that challenges you, makes you sweat, and actually changes how your body moves throughout the day.
I cover locations across South Delhi. If you prefer the fresh air, we can even take our sessions outdoors to a local park. You just need to provide the space and the energy. I bring the expertise and the gear to help you get consistent results.
