Group Reformer Pilates Classes in Hauz Khas
Small batches mean I can actually see you. At my Hauz Khas studio, I cap group Reformer classes at 5 people so you get individual form correction while tackling functional movements that build real core strength.
A typical group session where everyone is focused and in sync. I provide hands-on correction to ensure proper form while clients perform challenging plank variations on the reformer.
Here we are targeting the glutes and core with leg lifts on the reformer box. I guide my clients through each movement, ensuring they feel the burn and maintain control.
This video captures the variety in a single group session, from stability work with a ball to lunges and stretches on the reformer. Every class is different to keep your muscles guessing.
A full-body workout in action. This sequence combines strength, balance, and mobility, using the reformer to challenge the legs and core simultaneously.
This is a single-arm back rowing exercise with a spinal twist. It's a fantastic unilateral movement to strengthen the rhomboids and lats while also fixing muscular imbalances.
We often incorporate resistance bands into our reformer workouts. Here, clients are performing rowing lunges, which target the upper back and glutes while challenging their stability.
The studio is a place for fun and focus. Here, clients are using stability balls for a core workout, adding a playful yet challenging element to their mat and reformer exercises.
Oblique pulls on the reformer, supported by a stability ball. This exercise is excellent for targeting the side body, building a strong and defined waistline.
Combining lateral lunges with dumbbell work for shoulder strengthening. This compound movement is efficient for a full-body workout on the reformer.
A key part of my coaching is teaching body awareness. Here, clients learn to stabilize their pelvis by placing their hands on the ASIS during leg lifts, ensuring the work comes from the core.
About Group Reformer Classes
These aren't mindless group drills where you get lost in the crowd. I cap every session at 5 participants, meaning I can physically correct your pelvic tilt and rib cage placement while you are working the Reformer. You get the shared energy of a group, but you do not lose the precision that actually builds a strong, functional core.
Pilates is not just about moving; it is about controlling the movement. In my Hauz Khas studio, we use Reformer beds to provide spring-based resistance that challenges your stability far more than a standard floor mat ever could.
My group sessions are structured to address the lumbopelvic complex and thoracic mobility. Whether we are doing lateral lunges to fix imbalances or rowing drills to strengthen the rhomboids, the goal is always the same: precision. Because the cohort is small, I can see exactly when your form slips. I will nudge you to adjust your spine or engage your deep abdominals, ensuring you aren't just going through the motions.
We integrate stability balls, resistance bands, and dumbbells into the Reformer flow to keep your muscles guessing. It is dynamic, it is intense, and yes, it is meant to feel like a challenge. If you are dealing with a stiff back or simply want better posture, these sessions are designed to retrain how your body moves through space. You will walk out feeling taller, more aware, and definitely having earned that soreness. Bring your focus, and I will handle the rest.
