In my online group classes, I keep camera-on interaction a priority. It allows me to see how you move, offer real-time posture corrections, and ensure you are practicing safely—just like we would if we were in the same room in HSR Layout or Koramangala.
How We Practice
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all yoga. My online classes are interactive, not just follow-along videos. We spend our time balancing Hatha alignment with Vinyasa movement, ensuring your body gets the strength and flexibility it needs, especially if you have a desk-bound job.
In-Person Workshops in Bangalore
If you are in Bangalore, I host periodic deep-dive workshops at venues like Good Moves Studio in Koramangala. These are focused intensives where we break down complex skills—like learning your first Sirsasana (Headstand) or unlocking deep backbends—in a safe, step-by-step environment. I focus heavily on the skill of falling safely, so you can build confidence rather than fear.
My Approach to Your Journey
Yoga found me after I left my corporate career, and I know exactly what it feels like to start from scratch. My classes are open to everyone, whether you feel stiff, are a complete beginner, or want to refine your inversions. We use props, modify poses, and focus on Pranayama (breathwork) to calm the mind. If you are struggling with a pose, it is okay. We tackle it together. Your journey is yours to define, and my job is simply to guide you there.
