I see yoga as more than just twisting into poses. For me, it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and making space for whatever you’re feeling - not what the world expects. I work with people who want to move, breathe, and live a little better, no matter where they’re starting from.
My Specialty Programs
- Corporate Yoga: I work with teams stuck behind laptops all day. We focus on releasing that IT neck, stiff shoulders, and achy lower back. Sessions include quick desk stretches, pranayama (breathing exercises), and simple stress-busting moves. I get that corporate life can sap your energy, so we keep it real and doable.
- Therapy Yoga: If you’ve got stubborn pain, old injuries, or stiff joints, this is the track for you. We use props, lots of modifications, and easy therapeutic yoga for pain relief. No shame if you can’t touch your toes - the goal is to feel better, not win flexibility medals.
- Pre & Postnatal Yoga: For moms-to-be and new moms, I offer prenatal and postnatal yoga care. Sessions are gentle, supportive, and tailored for your changing body. We focus on building strength, gentle recovery, and connecting with your baby.

- I speak a mix of Hindi and English in class - samajh jaoge sab (you’ll understand everything).

My Story
I quit my corporate job in 2019, totally clueless what next. Scared? Oh yes. But something deep down said, this is it. Yoga found me (or maybe I found yoga?) and suddenly, work was joy, not just a paycheck. It’s not just about stretching, it’s about growing up inside, learning to like myself, surprising myself. I want to share all that with you. The real stuff, not just poses.

Yoga Beyond Poses - We work on strength, clarity, and Pranayama breathing classes to calm your mind and body.
