Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-time practice, I offer classes to meet you exactly where you are.

Here is a snapshot of our core class types. From 'Slow and Strong' to 'Begin Yoga' and 'Intense & Resolute', there is a pace and level for everyone.

Find your perfect class with our weekly schedule. We offer sessions for beginners, intermediate practitioners, and those looking for an advanced challenge.

Join me for Hatha and Hatha Flow classes. These sessions are designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and connect you with your breath in a mindful way.

Ready to start? Our 'Begin Yoga' class is the perfect entry point. We focus on foundational poses and mindful breathing in a supportive group setting.

End the year by starting something new for yourself. Join our 'Begin Yoga' hatha flow classes to connect with your body and breath.

The 'Slow and Strong' class is a moving meditation. We build heat and strength through mindfully paced sequences, focusing on alignment and breath.

In our 'Slow and Strong' sessions, we hold poses longer to build endurance and deepen your connection to each asana. All levels are welcome to this challenging practice.

For experienced yogis, the 'Intense & Resolute' Nikaya Flow offers a challenge. We explore advanced poses and sequences to push our limits mindfully.

If you have a steady practice and are curious about a stronger flow, this class is for you. Expect to sweat, breathe, and connect deeply.

'Yoga for Joyful Living' is a gentle, prop-based practice for all ages. It's designed to increase mobility and leave you feeling refreshed and connected.

About Our Class Offerings

My practice revolves around flexibility, both on and off the mat. If you cannot make it to a live Zoom session, you get a 48-hour recording to practice whenever your schedule allows. Whether you join from home or one of my Bangalore studios, you receive real-time posture corrections and guidance tailored to your energy level for the day.

Finding the right class is about listening to what your body needs. I teach a range of sessions designed to meet you where you are, whether that is building your first foundation or pushing toward advanced inversions.

Finding Your Level

  • Begin Yoga: A gentle entry point. We focus on basic alignment and breath without rushing, perfect for those coming back after a break.
  • Slow and Strong: This is a moving meditation. We hold poses longer to build heat and endurance, ideal if you want a challenge that does not feel like a frantic workout.
  • Intense & Resolute: For the experienced practitioner ready to explore advanced poses and deeper flows. Expect to sweat and build real resilience.
  • Yoga for Joyful Living: My prop-based, accessible series. Whether you are working around an injury or just prefer a calmer pace, we use chairs and bolsters to make yoga inclusive for everyone.

How We Connect

I believe technology should bridge gaps, not create them. My online members get unlimited access to live Zoom batches, where I watch the grid to offer verbal cues and corrections. For those in Bangalore, we gather in person at boutique studios like Imagine That on St. Marks Road, where I provide tactile adjustments to help you deepen your practice safely. Every session, online or offline, integrates Hatha flow, Vinyasa variations, and restorative breathwork. It is about building a connection between your body, breath, and mind, rather than chasing a perfect pose.

I am Namrata, and for me, yoga is a sacred space to quiet the noise and reconnect. My goal is simple: to help you build a practice that feels good for your body, without the pressure of perfect poses.
