About Join My Classes
My classes are rooted in 'Abhyas' (consistent practice). When you join, we do not rush through poses. We spend time on proper alignment and technique, ensuring you build strength safely, whether you are in my Sahakarnagar studio or joining from home online.
Finding Your Path
For me, yoga is a journey of slowing down to move forward. My teacher always said, 'Pause before you overtake,' and I carry this into every session. Whether you are a total beginner or a long-time practitioner, my classes are designed to help you build a sustainable routine.
How We Practice
I host five batches daily at my Sahakarnagar studio and online, making it easier to fit your practice into a busy day. We focus on:
- Asanas: We break down postures step-by-step. My goal is to ensure your alignment is correct so you can build strength without injury.
- Consistency: My 'Abhyas' approach means we show up regularly. It is not just about the hour on the mat; it is about bringing that mindfulness into your daily life.
- Pranayama: We integrate breathwork to help calm the mind and balance your energy.
Join the Community
My studio is climate-controlled with wooden flooring, providing a calm space for your practice. If you are joining online, I make sure the cues are clear so you feel just as connected as those in the room. If your hamstrings are tight or you have a specific limitation, let me know—I am always here to offer a modification.
