About Advanced Yoga Workshops
Why I Teach
Yoga, for me, is about feeling connected and tuning into your own energy. My advanced workshops aren’t about chasing perfect splits or Insta-worthy poses. It’s about real progress, step by step, with a bunch of like-minded folks who get it.
What We Dive Into
- Each session happens in-person at studios around Bangalore, mostly on weekends.
- Every workshop has a theme: sometimes it’s going upside down with inversion yoga training (think Sirsasana, Pincha), sometimes we go deep into backbend flexibility workshop sessions like Chakrasana, and often we just play with arm balance progression (Crow, and more).
- Not here to rush anyone. We break down each pose, focus on body awareness, and yes, I’ll help you face-plant safely if you need it.
Who Shows Up
- If you’ve got a regular yoga or workout habit and want to crack your first headstand technique class, you’ll fit right in.
- Stuck on the wall for inversions? We work on building up to that sweet, independent lift-off.
- Intermediate yoga workshop regulars come to refine their moves or just try something new (no show-offs, just real people).
How It Feels
- We start with simple breathwork and warm-ups, get into strength and mobility drills, then break down poses together. Expect hands-on help and plenty of laughs.
- We close with meditation or just lying down for a few minutes, soaking it all in.
- Some days you nail it, some days you just wobble around, but honestly, that’s what makes it fun. All you need is a willingness to show up and try.

My Story
I quit my corporate job in 2019, totally clueless what next. Scared? Oh yes. But something deep down said, this is it. Yoga found me (or maybe I found yoga?) and suddenly, work was joy, not just a paycheck. It’s not just about stretching, it’s about growing up inside, learning to like myself, surprising myself. I want to share all that with you. The real stuff, not just poses.
My Work
Yoga & Workshops - I teach Corporate yoga sessions, Hatha, Therapy yoga for stress, Pre and postnatal yoga, plus Headstand workshops.
Go Slow, Listen In - We move with awareness, use props if needed, and always listen to what your body says.
Step by Step Progress - Doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced - we take it slow, learn how to fall, and get steady before moving up.
Yoga Beyond Poses - We work on strength, clarity, and Pranayama breathing classes to calm your mind and body.
