Practicing together brings a unique energy that you just cannot replicate alone. Whether we meet in a park in Bangalore or connect via screen, these sessions are about building a supportive community where we grow, breathe, and find balance together.

Celebrating Women's Day with a special offline yoga session in Kadugodi Tree Park. We focused on asanas that support women's health, balancing hormones, and building both physical and mental strength in the beauty of nature.

A group moving in unison through Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) by the poolside. This sequence is a complete workout that we often practice in my classes to build heat, improve circulation, and connect breath with movement.

Teaching my daughter and practicing Suryanamaskar together by the river in Rishikesh. My classes are suitable for all family members, and I even offer special sessions for kids to introduce them to the joy of yoga early on.

A group of us holding Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II) pose by a serene mountain lake. Practicing with others in nature amplifies the feeling of connection to the earth and each other.

Finding collective balance in Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III) against a stunning mountain backdrop. Group practice helps build focus and stability, as we support and inspire one another.

A playful moment exploring Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) together during a mountain trek. My group sessions are not just about serious practice but also about finding joy and connection through movement.

Partnering up for Bakasana (Crow Pose) practice. Working with a partner can help build confidence and provide the support needed to nail challenging arm balances.

About Group Yoga Sessions

My group sessions are intentionally kept small, with no more than 15 participants, because I want to actually see your alignment and correct it in real-time. Whether we are practicing by a poolside or connecting over Zoom, you are not just another face on a screen. I offer verbal adjustments for online students and hands-on guidance for offline classes, so you know exactly how to move safely without risking injury.

Practicing yoga in a group is different. When we breathe together, the collective energy shifts the mood. I teach both online and offline group classes in Bangalore, and my goal is to make sure the sense of community stays strong in both formats.

Online Yoga Classes via Zoom

For my online sessions, we cap groups at 15 people. This is crucial because it allows me to watch your camera feed, see your posture, and give specific verbal cues to fix your alignment. You do not get lost in a crowd. We follow a technical Vinyasa flow, but I always mix in breathwork and cool-downs like Yoga Nidra so you leave the mat feeling settled, not just tired.

In-Person Classes in Bangalore

When we meet offline, we take advantage of the open air. We often practice in parks or ventilated studios. These sessions are longer, usually 75 minutes, allowing for deep work. I provide props like blocks and wheels so you can hold poses comfortably. Here, I use tactile, hands-on adjustments to help you move deeper into poses like Bakasana (Crow Pose) or Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose).

My Teaching Approach

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all. Every session includes a mix of Sukshma Vyayam (warm-ups) to release joint stiffness, followed by strength-building asanas. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice, these groups are designed to be safe and supportive. If you have any specific physical concerns, like back pain or stiffness, just let me know before we start. You will find that these sessions are less about perfecting the pose and more about the discipline of showing up, breathing, and connecting with the group.

I am Nidhi, and for me, yoga is a silent conversation between my breath and my soul. I love taking my practice outdoors—trekking or finding a quiet corner in a park—but I am equally passionate about bringing that same peaceful energy into our group sessions, whether online or offline here in Bangalore.
