2-Day Wilderness Camping Retreat
Stay & Logistics
- Duration: 2 Days / 1 Night (Saturday morning to Sunday evening).
- Accommodation: Camping tents on twin-sharing basis with sleeping bags/mattresses.
- Facilities: Rustic farm setting with shared outdoor washrooms and showers.
Training Curriculum
- Yoga: 3 sessions including Sunrise Yoga, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga.
- Specialized Skills: 1 Intensive Calisthenics workshop (Strength) and 1 Kalaripayattu session (Flow).
- Coaching: Access to 3 distinct expert instructors.
Meals & Dining
- Full Board: 5 vegetarian meals included (Day 1 Lunch, High Tea, Dinner; Day 2 Breakfast, Lunch).
- Type: Community-style buffet with locally sourced ingredients.

1-Day Fitness Immersion Pass

- Venue: Full day access to the farm/nature school grounds.
- Exclusion: Does not include overnight camping or dinner.
Workshops Included
- Yoga: 1 session (Hatha, Vinyasa, or Therapy) led by Saumya Mishra.
- Calisthenics: 1 skill session focusing on bodyweight mechanics (Pushups/Pullups).
- Kalaripayattu: 1 introductory session on martial art flows and animal postures.
- Terrain: All classes conducted outdoors on natural grass or mud.

- Meals: 1 vegetarian buffet lunch and evening high tea with snacks.

Why I Host These Retreats
I started these weekends because I know how easy it is to lose touch with yourself in the daily grind. For me, real wellness is about reconnecting - with your body, your mind, and nature. These retreats are for anyone who wants a break from the usual and maybe, like me, needs a little nudge to find that spark again.
What Happens Here
- All sessions are outdoors at a peaceful farm in Sarjapur, Bangalore - lots of fresh air, birds, and open skies.
- We do yoga, meditation, calisthenics, and even try our hand at Kalaripayattu (ancient Indian martial art).
- Sunrise yoga is energizing, but if you need a slower start, you’ll fit right in too.
- Evening campfires and talent shows keep things real and help everyone laugh together.
- We sleep in tents and eat simple, healthy food - nothing fancy, just honest meals.
Who Joins In
You don’t need to be super fit or know yoga. I’ve seen everyone from beginners to fitness buffs come away with something new. Families are welcome. If you want to push yourself, find new friends, or just breathe a bit easier, you'll feel at home.

I want to share all that with you. The real stuff, not just poses.

Yoga & Workshops - I teach Corporate yoga sessions, Hatha, Therapy yoga for stress, Pre and postnatal yoga, plus Headstand workshops.
Go Slow, Listen In - We move with awareness, use props if needed, and always listen to what your body says.
Step by Step Progress - Doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced - we take it slow, learn how to fall, and get steady before moving up.
Yoga Beyond Poses - We work on strength, clarity, and Pranayama breathing classes to calm your mind and body.
