Why I Train
Fitness isn’t just about looking different - for me it’s therapy, sukoon (peace), and a way to reset my mood. I put that energy into every session; this is about building your body and your mind together.
What To Expect
I don’t believe in just lifting for the sake of it or doing endless crunches. My strength & conditioning training is a full system for real change. We’ll mix up functional strength routines, mental toughness training, and discipline so you show up for yourself even on tough days. Training happens online, so all you need is your drive to get started.
My Style (SASS Method)
- Weight Training & Powerlifting for beginners: Deadlifts, squats, bench - all about being strong, not just looking fit.
- Bodyweight Hustle: No gym, no problem. I’ll keep your sessions creative and effective, even if you’re at home. “Squats low, standards high” is our mantra.
- Core stability workouts: Dedicated ab and plank work, because a strong core makes everything easier.
It’s Not Just Physical
The real change is in your head. My sessions help release those happy hormones, build resilience, and find calm. Recovery matters too, so we’ll stretch and foam roll as part of the program.
