Online Group Strength Class
Format & Requirements
- Duration: 50 to 60 minutes live via secure video link (Zoom/Meet).
- Batch Size: Small to medium group (5 to 15 participants).
- Equipment: Yoga mat is mandatory. Light dumbbells (2kg to 5kg) are recommended but workouts are adaptable to bodyweight.
Workout Structure
- Style: Mix of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and functional strength.
- Flow: Dynamic warm-up, circuit-style main set (Squats, Lunges, Push-ups), and a dedicated 10-minute core finisher.
- Cool Down: Guided stretching and breathwork for recovery.
Coaching Interaction
- Guidance: Trainer performs workouts alongside the group with continuous verbal cues.
- Corrections: General reminders on posture and safety provided to the group as a whole.
1-on-1 Online Personal Training

- Duration: 60 minutes of exclusive, undivided attention.
- Program Design: Workouts tailored specifically to client goals (e.g., Post-partum, Muscle building, Powerlifting).
- Environment: Adaptable to home setting (dumbbells/bands) or gym setting (guidance on machines and free weights).
Technical Coaching
- Form Correction: detailed real-time scrutiny of technique to prevent injury, especially for heavy lifts like Deadlifts or Squats.
- Recovery: Specific guidance on foam rolling and mobility protocols to manage soreness.
- Scheduling: Flexible timings based on mutual convenience.
Accountability
- Tracking: Weekly check-ins on strength gains and physical measurements.
- Lifestyle Audit: Brief discussions on daily habits, sleep, and nutrition control during cool-down.

Why I Train
Fitness isn’t just about looking different - for me it’s therapy, sukoon (peace), and a way to reset my mood. I put that energy into every session; this is about building your body and your mind together.
What To Expect
I don’t believe in just lifting for the sake of it or doing endless crunches. My strength & conditioning training is a full system for real change. We’ll mix up functional strength routines, mental toughness training, and discipline so you show up for yourself even on tough days. Training happens online, so all you need is your drive to get started.
My Style (SASS Method)
- Weight Training & Powerlifting for beginners: Deadlifts, squats, bench - all about being strong, not just looking fit.
- Bodyweight Hustle: No gym, no problem. I’ll keep your sessions creative and effective, even if you’re at home. “Squats low, standards high” is our mantra.
- Core stability workouts: Dedicated ab and plank work, because a strong core makes everything easier.
It’s Not Just Physical
The real change is in your head. My sessions help release those happy hormones, build resilience, and find calm. Recovery matters too, so we’ll stretch and foam roll as part of the program.
