Featured: Strength, Discipline, and Real Fitness Results
Fitness is my medicine. My classes are a mix of functional strength, mindful yoga, and mental toughness—all designed to help you stop the excuses and start the change.
This is where strength begins. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of powerlifting, like the deadlift, with proper form to build a strong foundation. It’s not about lifting heavy right away, it’s about lifting correctly to build functional power for life.
My 75 Hard Challenge journey was a testament to the power of self-discipline. This video shows the variety of workouts, from outdoor cardio to indoor strength, that build mental toughness. This is the kind of commitment I help my clients build for themselves.
I celebrated my 43rd birthday by being stronger than ever. This moment captures my belief that we decide how we age. My training is for women who want to push past perceived limits and build strength at any stage of life.
No gym equipment? No problem. I design creative and effective bodyweight workouts that you can do anywhere, using just your environment. This shows how we can use a simple ledge for a full-body conditioning routine.
Fitness for me is also about finding peace, or 'sukoon'. This yoga flow by the lake shows the importance of mindful movement in my training system. We work on flexibility, balance, and connecting with our breath to support our strength goals.
Strength and culture can go hand in hand. Here I am at a community event, holding a five-minute plank in a saree to win a competition. It shows that being strong is a part of who you are, no matter what you're wearing.
I believe in a balanced lifestyle, which means enjoying food while also working towards your goals. This outdoor ab routine is an example of the targeted core work we do to build stability and strength, helping you feel confident and capable.
About Featured
My SASS method—Strength, Ab, Stability, and Stretching—is how I train at 43. We aren't just lifting weights; we're building functional power. I don't care about the number on the scale as much as I care about how strong you feel, whether you’re doing a deadlift or just making it through a busy day.
More Than Just a Workout
When I say fitness is my therapy, I mean it. My sessions are designed for women who want to break free from the cycle of 'starting tomorrow' and actually build a life that feels good. My SASS method is the core of what we do:
- Strength: We focus on foundational movements like squats, lunges, and deadlifts. It’s about building a body that carries you through life with ease.
- Ab & Core: A strong core is your anchor. We don't just do crunches; we build stability that makes every other movement safer and more effective.
- Stability & Stretching: Training hard is half the battle. We integrate mindful movement and recovery to release stress, improve flexibility, and find that much-needed 'sukoon' (peace).
How We Train Together
Whether you are joining my small group online classes (5-15 participants) or going for 1-on-1 personal training, expect no judgement. We work out over secure video links, meaning you get my full attention to fix your form and keep you safe.
I’m not here to offer you a quick fix. I’m here to help you build a lifestyle. You don’t need a gym full of fancy equipment; a yoga mat and a pair of light dumbbells are enough to get started. Age is just a number—I’m 43 and stronger than I’ve ever been. If I can do it, you can too. Shukrana.
