My Fitness Mantra
Fitness is my therapy - not just a body thing, it’s about your mind and mood too. For me, yoga is pure sukoon (peace). I stick to self-discipline and believe we grow when we push limits. If it doesn’t challenge you, why do it?
What My Classes Feel Like
I don’t do just asanas. We chase real wellness - finding stillness, quieting the mind, feeling present. Breathwork is big here, it’s the ultimate tool for inner peace. You’ll notice I keep things motivational, even if I’m tough on you. Workout aisa karo ki 4 log inspiration lein (work out in a way that inspires others).

Online Yoga Styles We Try
We mix things up. You’ll experience Hatha yoga online classes - classic poses like Surya Namaskar and Virabhadrasana. If you’re up for something new, I bring in aerial yoga with hammocks for that floating feeling. We also go for danda yoga, using a staff to stretch and energise.
Why Yoga Works For Me
Yoga is my medicine, and I believe it’s good for everyone. Regular practice isn’t magic, but you see changes. We use poses that help with flexibility, strength, digestion, and overall wellness from home yoga. Some moves are tough, but they’re worth it.
