Why I Do This
I don't believe in shortcuts. Earning a strong, capable body takes real mehnat (hard work) and showing up even when you want to bail. For me, this isn't just a workout - it's a way of living. I want to help you make it yours too.
My Training Style
Strength is where we start, but mobility is what keeps you going. I bring together heavy lifts, yoga-inspired movement, and functional training. It's not just about looking better - it's about feeling powerful, moving well, and being ready for anything outside the gym too.
What We Work On
- We hit all the big lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press. Form over ego - always.
- Bodyweight strength progressions are huge here. If you want to master pull-ups, push-ups, or even get to handstands, I’ll break it down step by step.
- Functional strength training is built in. Kettlebells, slam balls, sleds, even the old-school Mudgar (Gada), for power that actually matters in real life.
- Mobility and flexibility routines are part of every session. I’m a certified yoga teacher, so you’ll get stuff like deep hip work, hamstring flows and, haan bhai (yeah man), stretches you never knew you needed.
The Reality
