Why I Do This
For me, fitness is more than looking good. It’s therapy, it’s my sukoon (peace). I’m all about self-discipline and pushing limits - because unless it’s tough, it won’t change you. This isn’t just a weight loss thing. It’s about getting your mind right, feeling good about yourself, and showing up every day.
What You Can Expect
- Mindset-first approach: We start by building mental toughness. You become unstoppable, physically and mentally. Discipline is key - strict plans, no cheat meals, no alcohol. I won’t sugarcoat it - this is hard work.
- No excuses: Two workouts a day, one indoor and one outdoor. Sometimes you’ll hate me, but you’ll thank yourself later.
- Habit-based fitness coaching: Hydration, learning, and routines that stick for life.
- Varied sessions: Strength training, bodyweight moves, cardio, and yoga (my personal medicine for peace and flexibility). Workout aisa karo ki 4 log inspiration lein (Work out so you inspire others).
- Food focus: I love food, but I love my abs more. Clean eating, no sugar, and learning how to fuel your body right. It’s struggle, but worth it.
Real Talk
I’m 43 and feel unstoppable. Been through the grind myself - I don’t ask you to do what I haven’t done. This is a holistic body transformation journey for women who are done making excuses.
